Growing up in a small village in Tuscany, I was surrounded by the rich aromas of fresh basil, garlic, and simmering tomato sauces from a young age. Inspired by my Nonna’s traditional recipes and my travels across Italy, I’ve mastered the craft of turning simple, fresh ingredients into unforgettable dishes.
